[Build Ready] Getting close to pulling the trigger, any thoughts?

Trying to stick to ~$1200, for typical use (office/web/music) plus starting to get into gaming...

Newegg had a combo deal on the CPU/MOBO/RAM (1 stick) which knocked of $77, so i threw another stick in. Some other rebates got the cost to a little over $1200.

I'm looking for good feedback on this...nothing is set in stone so have at it :)
