Help me.

Help please. I've recently been playing airsoft with a friend of mine, it's our first experiences and we are learning the ropes. At our field of you are under 15 you must have full face protection, we are so we both have masks. My friend though doesn't take eye pro seriously..AT ALL. I keep telling him that he needs to always wear his eyepro, and he doesn't listen. For example today we played and we were walking past a firefight. He lifts his mask up onto his his head. I screamed put the fucking mask down now and he didn't listen! I knew he heard me because we were 10 yards away. We kept walking (we had 2 more friends). Along walking down the dirt path he decides to unload on my back. I don't feel safe around him and I need him to learn. He wants to start a team with my friends and frankly I don't want to hurt his feelings but until he learns to not shoot randomly, inside his house, shoot at people without eyepro, safety his weapon properly. I don't even want to play with him. I don't know what do do I need advice quickly before the next game.
