Suggestion: Put "Places to Visit to Do in Baltimore" or FAQ post on the sidebar

A lot of this subreddit has become people asking for things to do in Baltimore, if certain areas are safe, etc. If we had a FAQ in the sidebar, it would weed a lot of that stuff out. Just an idea.
