Romance anime with intense plot?

Hi i want a romance anime with intense plot/ twist or anything that makes the story-line special.

For example: Steins Gate

Vampire Knight (I know the anime main plot focuses on love triangle but the story-line continues each episode without any fillers with more twists at season 2).
