Where can I get mods/addons?

I wanted to get mapsat to make maps of the mun and kerbin for exploration, but the spaceport is down, the forums are down, and everytime I google for a solution, I get links to the spaceport or forums.

Does anyone have a mirror link, or a copy of mapsat for me to download? I'd really appreciate any help or advice, thanks.
