The other 2 defendants (immelol and atlasstranger) did not participate in this arbitration, but we hope that they can agree to these terms.

Context:

On 4/8 immelol, facriop and associates attacked Tigerstaden (without justification), bringing the pearls of monkeywithanaxe and imike to Immelopolis. At this point lem0nland91111 came with Pansyman8 and Morii8 to immelopolis to see where those that were pearled were being held. It is at this location that the conflict occured.

• lem0nland91111: Plantiff. Was justified in scouting the vault in Immelopolis that was being used to hold innocent pearls
• Pansyman8: Was with lem0n.
• Morii8: Was with lem0n

Immelopolis players:

• Immelol: leader of Immelopolis.
• facriop (hamster238): Defendant: defended Immelol and his vault
• atlasstranger: citizen of Immelopolis

Events:

This is simplified, may not be in correct order

• Arx citizens arrive at immelopolis
• Arx citizens scout vault
• Arx citizens attempt to pearl Immelol
• Fight commences with all 3 Immelopolis citizens, and at least 2 of the Arx citizens
• Arx retreats to nether after several skirmishes.
• facriop and atlasstranger pursue
• Arx citizens are killed in the nether.

Damages:

• 2 Prot IV diamond suits
• Sharp 5 fire 2 sword
• Sharp 5 fire 2 looting 3 sword

Minimal Market value: 4 stacks of diamonds (256d)

Reparations:

lem0nland91111 is asking for 6 stacks of diamonds in reparations. This is a reasonable markup not only for deterrence, but considering there were also pickaxes, full potion sets, and pearls that were lost.

Responsibility

Immelol: His responsibility is primarily a mental one. He was the one that ordered the pearling of tigerstaden residents, put them to a vault in immelopolis and did participate in the skirmishes in Immelopolis.

Atlas/hamster: Their responsibility is primarily a physical one. They were acting under Immelol's leadership, and were the 2 that killed the Arx members in the nether. Did more "physical" loss to the members, but under Immelol's direction

Distribution of damages

Considering the involvement of the 3 individuals, I believe splitting damages equally is fair.

Therefore damages is expected as:
