Honest Hearts Broke my Game (PC)

Hey, so like a month ago, I made a post saying that my game crashed whenever I tried to open up a shop inventory. I couldn't find any solution, and I eventually gave up.

Recently, I started playing again. I made it all the way to lvl 30, then went to play Honest Hearts. When I try to buy stuff from Daniel or Joshua, my game crashes.

Thinking back, my last game didn't crash until I got back from Honest Hearts (i didn't try to buy anything while I was there last time)

I'm guessing some item from honest hearts is breaking my shop inventories (honest heart items spawn in the Mohave shops after you complete the DLC) I seem to be able to pick up and use .45 weapons, and HH consumables. My guess is that a weapon mod kit is broken.

Anyway, does anybody know how I could go about fixing this? I could load a save from before i started Honest Hearts, but I'd rather be able to play it.

*edit: last time the problem started around level 24, first time I saw it was after honest hearts at the Crimson Caravan shop.
