Some help with traffic laws in New Hampshire

I was driving on the highway in new hampshire was pulled over and given a ticket for reckless endangerment. Now I was only speeding, but upon reviewing their laws I guess you can charge someone with this if they are speeding. My question is what should I do in my court hearing to keep from getting my license suspended or incriminating myself etc.?
