Advise needed for magic bullet looks + premier CS6.

When I click on a clip, to open it in MBL, in MBL it always shows the clip before it in the premier timeline. Very frustrating and never happened in CS5. Whatever changes I make in MBL will still affect the correct clip in premier, it just shows the wrong clip in MBL, which makes it tricky to color grade if I can't even see the clip. Anyone else experience this, or have a fix?
