Drop Niese for Jose Fernandez in a keeper league?

8 team league, we keep 6 guys every year and 2 must be SPs. My current rotation is Strasburg, Price, Latos, Moore, Anderson, Niese, and Samardzija.

Should I pull the trigger or wait? I don't have any bats to drop.
