Trying to estimate drop rates per wave, I need your data!

Now that the patch is out and weapons have an escalating drop chance each wave, I thought it'd be a good idea to gather some data to see just how high the chances are towards the higher waves. In the comments here or on this google form, if you could let me know the difficulty you played on, how many waves you completed, and what waves you got bonus drops (not from chests and not the powerful/pinnacle rewards you get for completing every 10 waves), I'll collate everything together into something more presentable.
