[31M] Are antibacterial cotton gloves with collodial silver actually bad if worn alot?

I ask this question because i work as a food delivery guy and thus i often have indirect and direct contact with lots of people, (be it the tip people gave me, or the doors i touch, the restaurants I am entering etc.) I thought to reduce risk of becoming sick to wear these gloves 8 hours a day.

Now I thought about if Collodial silver can actually also lead to bacteria develope resistances to it, and some google research lead me to the fact that this can actually happen. Thus my question is, am i better off just using the typical hand desinfectant instead these gloves? Is there a risk if I'd wear them for a year roughly 40 hours a week? Could this become problematic in the future? I'd prefer the gloves because the usual desinfectant isn't that skin friendly if you use it that often.
