Any way to limit ads for horror movies?

I don't watch horror/possession movies, or care to see horror movie ads in my feed when casually browsing Reddit. Is there a way to limit or turn off this particular type of ad? I don't search for horror, I don't follow horror subs, I don't want to see freaky, scary, or possessed things while I'm casually browsing.

Call me a wuss, sure, but I don't like to see it throughout my day.
