Is Whitwork park a good hall?

Hi :) I'm an exchange student (f) starting at UoM this autumn and I'm not sure which hall is best for me. Whitwork Park sounds great but apparently, it's in a pretty bad shape. Is this true? Do you know anything about Sheavyn House? How is Dalton Ellis Hall? Is Oak House really as unclean as the rumors say?
