What do I risk ?

I was hired recently at Company A but got terminated shortly after. Recruiters reached out to me and I am now in a recruitment process for company B. Since Company A is a nice company to have on a CV and I didn't want to tell them I got terminated, I did not tell them I was not working there anymore. I assume that since they think I am still working there, they won't contact them before i get an offer because it would put my current job in jeopardy, i can still be referenced by me previous jobs without a problem, what do i risk ?

For more context, I am in EU, and this is an entry level job
