Is this judge in the wrong? What can I do?
I had court the other day re: child support but I wasn't aware and I missed it. Either way, I had written the judge a letter and mailed it. This letter was addressed to the judge and was me letting her know I had paid off all areas I owed.
At the court date ( that I missed ) she read the letter out loud and gave my ex a copy. My ex said the judge was essentially making fun of me. My question, can I write the judge now and tell her I appreciate her reading the letter I addressed to her to the entire court and my ex and kinda let her know she's wrong for that?
Granted it wouldn't be wise, but can I get in trouble for it?
