Progesterone question

Hi, I am 7dp3dt and my progesterone came back as 28nmol/l what is about 9ng/ml today (tested in the afternoon) while on Friday morning it was over 150ng/ml (tested about 2h after suppositories).

I am on 2 suppositories of 200mg twice per day, so 4 total and now doctor told to inject double dose of Lubion (25mg×2) and I am going tomorrow for additional shot of 100mg.

I didn't test yet, they moved my beta to Wednesday at 9dp3dt. Can I still save this? The drop was so drastic I just cried on the toilet 😭
