It's been 4 months since I started learning Magic and I finally took a stab at building my first commander deck - any tips?

Decided to take one of the possible commanders I've pulled since starting to get into Magic and do my best to find cards that work with it. Voja seemed like a good choice.

Looking for constructive feedback of any kind! How can I make this deck better? What works, what doesn't? Is it a total shit show? Lol.

Also, how can I make this more cost effective? I know if I'm playing casual I could just make proxies but since it's my first deck from scratch, I wanna buy them.
