SMART Goals?

Do any of you get yearly SMART goals from your organization? If so, maybe you could share them here? I’ll give a couple of examples.

Create a custodial schedule so that all areas are cleaned to standard as needed.

Reduce custodial equipment and supply costs by 10% by maintaining equipment, sourcing new less expensive equipment and/or supplies.
