Best non-degradable armor and weapons for my level?

I've recently started playing RS again after 5 years and I don't really have a clue what's best anymore. I currently have 70 attack, 60 strength and 72 defense. I have the full dragon set including scimitar. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
