Looking for a particular anime, may be a movie or series. I may have completely imagined it.

I must have watched this aaaages ago, around or even well before 2005, but for the life of me I can't find it despite being so peculiar. I've searched for like a dozen different terms and nothing even comes remotely close to what I remember. I'm not sure exactly if its a movie or an episode from a series.

The plot is about some bad guy trying to launch a rocketship or satellite or something, which will play classical music that kills people. More specific, there is a female antagonist that can walk through walls and is defeated by another similar looking female with the same ability I think, leading to a fake-out swap at the end where you mistake the two. It plays out sort of like an action thriller.

Seriously, I'm worried this might be some fever dream I had from food poisoning.
