Can you hire a union carpenter for home projects?

We want to install a murphy bed. I could go to Home Depot but prefer to hire unionized workers if possible.

I found websites for the Carpenters Local 30 and Northwest Regional Council but I don't see any way to hire carpenters from these sites for one-off projects.
