Starting over in VA. Any suggestions on how to start fresh?

Hello ladies!!

I currently live in WA and been away from the south for 6 years. Miss being around southern food, nice people, and good weather. I finally have a job in the DMV and want to start over. I’m throwing away 80% of my things and will buy some new things when I get there. But I just want to start preplanning right now. So what are some things I can do to start fresh? New number, new email…I don’t know. Any suggestions?
