Kendall Being an Opportunist

I felt like all of the other girls went to the reunion special as a form of therapy and to tell their side of the story. And JoJo was there to defend Abby and be obnoxious. And In my opinion it seemed like Kendall was there to be seen. I watched the reunion and all of the extra review clips they did. Her responses lacked feelings. She kept saying things were “bizarre” or “weird” and no real details about how it made her really feel or what she experienced. It was like she just wanted to say what she thought the audience wanted to hear but lacked the emotional intelligence to say anything beyond generalizations. I can acknowledge that some people don’t want to share as much as others. But I dont think that’s the case with Kendall. I think Kendall pretends to be and feel like the other girls. At least JoJo is honest about her feelings.

And when Kalani abruptly ran off set because of the suicide dance and Kendall said “poor girl” and then proceeded to ask them to still play it, I was over her. Mind you Chloe, Brooke, and Paige weren’t in that dance and didn’t know what it was about. And they didn’t even ask to watch it after seeing how upset it made Kalani. But Kendall already knew the dance and what it was about and dismissed the fact that Kalani was clearly emotional about suicide and still asked them to play it! The only genuine thing I think Kendall said the whole time, was about Maddie. That was her real feelings. She’s still very envious of Maddie but still feels entitled to be included in everything so she can reap the benefits of being seen with them. Kendall is very emotionally immature. And I have to give JoJo some credit here I loved the way she looked after Kalani.

Kendall definitely has every right to be there but it just seemed like she was trying to fake her feelings to appear more relatable. But all I saw was an undercover opportunist. Like if you believe Maddie had bad intentions for Paige’s party why did you go! She went because she wanted to be seen hanging around them. Her and her mother started the show off being Opportunist that is why they hopped from studio to studio. I want to be clear, there is nothing wrong with taken opportunities, but there is a genuine way to do it. I don’t think Jill or Kendall have a genuine bone in their body. She honestly gets it from her mother and that’s sad.
