Overwhelmed & Anxious With Options

I’m looking to relocate to a more populated area, I’m in rural New England. I lived in Boulder CO before but it was extremely expensive. I moved here for a mental health program but it’s gotten too expensive. My biggest concern would be low income mental health programs/resources. I suffer from depression and agoraphobia. I do have disability now. I’m not a fan of the New England area nor conservative areas that has a decent population, 80,000+. I can’t be too picky due to my mental health needs. Does anyone have any options? Thank you in advanced!
