How bad really?

Question

Hi, new here. UC is awful, not my favorite. I actually have other things going on medically so it’s not the worst… yet. I’d say the flares are pretty bad but I can’t seem to go into remission. It’s one years and years long flare. It took quite a while to be taken seriously. I knew I had it, based on symptoms, but you know, the doctor has to agree. After 8 years I fired the doctor. The very next one confirmed I had UC. I’ve had all the symptoms, every one, except the unusual one. And now this current/ongoing flare has morphed into something else. Years and years of the exact same bathroom habits, 4-6X daily, but suddenly 2 weeks ago the exact opposite is happening now. I don’t even know how it happened except I was feeling sicker and weaker, now exhausted, my chest hurts, my heart is racing, I can’t think straight, I want to eat food but I’m full or my stomach is refusing after just 2 bites later. I keep trying though. I have shakes. My stomach is grinding bad, excessive forceful gas, blood and I can’t use the bathroom now? Only thin pieces every few days?? Anyone have this experience? How bad is it that my bowel habits did a complete 180 2 weeks ago after 10 years? Don’t say go to the doctor please. The whole hospital was fired. There isn’t one and I can’t see anyone new til August. For some reason I have this strange bad feeling in me. I’m unsettled. I’d appreciate anyone’s words of experience
