Desperately need eyeliner help!

Ok so here's my problem: No matter what eyeliner I use, it always seems to migrate to the outside corner of my eye within a few hours. I've tried long-lasting waterproof ones from the drugstore and MUFE aqua liner, urban decay's 24/7 liner and a few others. For reference I usually line my lower lash line and waterline and tightline the top. I've tried using an eye primer underneath on my lower lash line and I always set it with black eyeshadow. Why oh why do I always get this black blob on the outside corner of my eyes? Is there some kind of miracle product/technique out there that will make it stay where it's supposed to?
