Coalescence

-Intro
Recently I read an article by "The Scientist" regarding brain wave activity being measured in patients that were: anesthetized, in a vegetative state, and in REM sleep. Basically they came to an understanding of unconsciousness being a product the areas of the brain not communicating with each other, on its surface it seems like a very blatant observation. I found there to be a correlation with other areas in life, specifically I found inspiration within their analogy to music.
-Music
In order for music to make sense, different parts or instruments (like that in an orchestra) must play at a particular time in a specific manner, otherwise without that chaos is not music. SO notes and their instrument creators are sound waves perfectly timed and harmonized to coalesce into music.
-Consciousness
So to they drew a parallel to consciousness in that each division of the brain and its neurons must work in harmony to project a consciousness. I could picture a human and in order for his perspective his "observer" to record any information to muse anything existential; his consciousness must first have coalesced from many smaller harmonious mechanisms that we overlook. Even our brain is a pattern of waves that we can use to determine if the brain is conscious (harmonious) or unconscious (chaotic). of course at this point I envision looking down upon myself looking through my being as if I were made of glass. Existential meanderings of the mind kick into superluminal overdrive...
-Existential extrapolations...
If indeed much of our world around us is three dimensional "reflections" of localized electromagnetic waves, as perceived by our eyes and interpreted by our brain and fed into our consciousness..... (i.e. everything we see is light reflecting off of particles that could also themselves be made of a collection of waves that have a force behind them...look at your hand; in reality it does not have a color at all. your hand is merely a collection of atoms, those atoms in turn are made of sub-atomic particles, the further down the "rabbit hole" you go the difference between waves and particles breaks down on a fundamental level) Then everything as far as I could perceive, however colossal and however microscopic, is a coalescence of waves that collapse into the harmonious reality you and I both live in. Another way to look at it is this: We (observers) see everything in three dimensions, and our view as observers is limited by the fourth dimension (Time), however in order for everything we see to function in reality we have to describe other dimensions; other properties to be able to make sense of the harmony we already bare witness too. For instance gravity has always been around but yet still fundamentally we have no solid proof of the mechanics that drive this force. Deducing its inner workings would be akin to hearing a music note from one instrument out of an orchestra and guessing who played that note based on its sound; without knowing the instrument or the player. Everything around us is beautiful because of a harmony we can all feel and sometimes even see, but in reality is a coalescence of a vast many waves of energy woven together in the largest most grandiose tapestry beyond anything our simple coalescence of consciousness could conceive or even begin to understand...
Thanks for sticking in there to read my thoughts....
