Buyer didn’t add apartment number to order, opened INR request

As per title. Buyer messaged me after it was already mailed out ( through letter mail ) and asked if I added his apartment number to the order. I told the buyer that I use whatever address you provided eBay, unless they added a note with their apartment number I didn’t add it. Today they opened a INR request.. what do I do here ?
