Resource unloading at frost area

There are two resource unloading hubs in the frost area right? One is above and to the right of the 6 farms (near the door before those 3 robots), and another upon just entering the frost area, right?

Are there any other unloading areas?

I wanna unlock one of them. Gonna unlock the one above the 6 farms if those are the only two.

Any advice?
