Xbox Series 2 elite controller suddenly crashing/restarting pc

I had this controller for a month and everything has been fine. However today I was playing again and suddenly my monitor shuts off.. and after a few minutes the pc restarted. I checked my crash logs and its saying:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}
and APPID
{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
to the user Himeko-PC\himek SID (S-1-5-21-3341394168-3951046120-3979904068-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

The gameinput service was terminated unexpectedly

The compound file GameInput service was produced with newer version of storage
anyone know what I can do? i can't play any game requiring a controller nothing it just keeps crashing, I tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling them did not work. I don't know what to do.

I also was not sure what flair to put this under cause its a software/hardware issue.
