Did I take a fake pill by accident?

I have been taking my friend’s script of immediate release Adderall 30’s each month and every month they are normally dark orange circle/oval shape with no issues absolutely love them. This month I got them and noticed right away they are much lighter in color but I just figured maybe they were old or something. I looked and checked for almost every single sign it could be fake and I even tested it for fentanyl with my fentanyl test strips I got off Dance Safe.com and they showed up negative. I’ve been reading online about them doing my research about fake pills and been reading Adderall 30’s have been made fake before but only drugs ever put into them seized have been Tramadol or most commonly methamphetamine but still has had me freaked out to where I’ve been too afraid to take the pills until today. This was my day after taking 1/4 of a 30 mg pill. Normally I will just take half of one and get most of the effects because I have no tolerance to amphetamine and it really speeds me up and curbs my appetite and helps me get work done off just half a pill and when I take a whole one same thing. I decided to start even smaller in case they did happen to be fake so after taking 1/4 of a pill I got really really really tired to the point I fell asleep sitting on the toilet going pee. My husband came in and said wake up how did you fall asleep on it? I told him as well I wanted him home when I took it in case it had anything fake in it. Not a good sign being I fell asleep literally and then went to go lay down to take a nap and slept it off by the time I woke up a few hours later all the affects of the pill which were only drowsiness and sleepiness. I don’t see why my seller would lie to me because he prefers meth as it is and sell his scripts in order to be able to even get meth.. plus he’s been grandfathered in to his doctor getting these for 20 years so he could buy meth instead and has no reason to lie when he doesn’t get them off the street to begin with. I still texted him and asked if these ones this month possibly could be fake or if he got them somewhere else this month and he said he’s on probation and gets weekly drug tested and wouldn’t chance it and wouldn’t lie to me either. Moral of my story, I really want to take these because they have been helping my ADHD greatly by enhancing my concentration, focus, energy, and the best part of all helping me lose weight by not always being so hungry because without them I’m on a methadone program and it’s given me a huge appetite the last year or so being on a high methadone dose being on downers all the time. I am concerned and worried as hell they are fake and will do me more harm than good if I continue taking them. I would ideally like to try a half a pill tomorrow instead of 1/4 like I did today. Part of me wants to buy a reagent test online where I can test it specifically for the active ingredient that should be in it if it’s real which is amphetamine and also test it to see if it’s a fake by seeing if there’s by chance any methamphetamine in it as well. Just seems odd because these were never my symptoms any other month after taking half a pill. Always the exact opposite of tiredness! If it has been laced with Tramadol which is a low end opiate I wouldn’t even of noticed considering I’m on such a high dose of methadone for such a long time now and if it was laced with meth I know for sure I should of immediately felt something crazy more than tired. I’d probably still be zooted as we speak. Someone give me opinions? I really appreciate it and will respond back best I can.
