Stuck on Saving Screen

So as the title suggests, my game keeps getting stuck on the saving screen at the end of each day. Sometimes if saves fine and other times it just keeps loading forever. I play with mods so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the game or one of my mods but was wondering if someone could help. It's getting very annoying to play a full day and then lose all of my progress
