Joint Warrior Challenge

I participated in Sheppard’s AFB Joint Warrior Challenge a few years ago and I’d like for my unit to do it.

Can someone elaborate the each categories (tug of war, tire flips, 1 mile with 25 lb vest sprint, etc) with rules?
