Local Orginization

Currently at academy. Started 3D/Tabletops. Ran into an issue I knew was at hand but thought I had a solution.

How do yall stay organized on local? I tried the quadrant method. Did not work. Looking for suggestions on not becoming a mess 25 minutes into the lab.
