Jbl pro 2 tws are the worst I've ever owned

I am going to lose my mind and chuck these earbuds into the sea, no matter what I do the left bud constantly reacts to nothing and toggles thorough, noise cancelling, ambient aware and talk through. Half the time I have to reconnect completely and when I do that it ignore any input or that I've turned off functions in the app and constantly swaps, it will also beep in constant attempt if I do manage to get it to stay off. If the sun's to bright, if the wind exists, if you tune your head or breathe to hard they react. I've read it could be a sensor issue but this has been an issue since I received them as a gift and support has only suggested turning functions off in the app which doesn't seem to matter. I hate them, can't tell you about audio quality because I have to fight to listen to anything if I go outside. I thought maybe it was just cold Canadian winter at first but no, they just suck.
