First oil change

Just dropped off my car at my local ford Hyundai for an oil change. I checked in and asked the guy what oil they would be putting in my 23 EN, he said every car they do is full synthetic 0w-20. I said I needed 0W-30 in my car and that I did not want any of the oil they put in all of there cars and he said that wasn’t a problem. He said I will have to pay a little more for the 0W-30 although my oil change is free which I have not heard of but if it means they will use the correct oil I’m not sure I care. He said it could take a little over an hour since he might have to run down the street to get 0w-30 which I hope is a good sign. Should I be concerned at all or has anyone had a similar experience? Knowing that this bullshit happens all the time with Hyundai.
