BWT - where would you have a summer birthday party

Hey BWT! 💜 you and this sub.

My partner is turning 30 in July and I want to do something special for him! I was going to have a party on our roof but having it at home was stressing him out. ( which as a libra is devastating for me bc I can’t wait to entertain)

If you were having a summer birthday party with say ~30-40 people where would you go? Looking to rent out a space (doesn’t have to be private) in a restaurant or bar and willing to travel within the 5 boroughs and JC/Hoboken for the right place.

Requirements are that it has great but not fancy food, fun drinks, outdoor space and will let us play our own music.
