How to install NST Choir on Ableton (Windows)

Hey all! Basically the title, if you don't know there's a free choir VST (says MSE on the files?) called NST Choir by bigcat instruments, I'll post the link below. I've downloaded it and unzipped it in my VST3 folder but it isn't showing. I did move it into the VS2 folder but it didn't show up in Ableton, I didn't unzip it in there though. It seems good for a choir VST so just wanted to see if anyone else on Windows has it downloaded? It's being a right arse for me. I can only find forums with Windows people who also can't download it but no answers. Cheers!
