7 keys skipped dialogue bug?!

I don’t think this is actually a spoiler but I put it just in case!

I just downloaded the new game and have been playing for a few hours but have already run into issues. Patricie asked me to find her portafilter and recipe book but when I went back to give them to her I had and ‘old’ piece I dialogue that I hadn’t clicked yet. After running through the unclicked dialogue I can’t return the portafilter and recipe book! It’s like she forgot about it and now whenever I talk to her she just says “please sit relax”.

Any suggestions, or anyone else run into this issue? I’ve tried everything from leaving and coming back to restarting the game. Hoping I don’t have to go back to my last save point 😭😭
