Are there Caryll runes that boost your damage outside of the ones that increase your visceral attack damage?

Hello everyone, Bloodborne noobie here and I'm trying to basically make my character a beast to fight against, I know I can increase strength stat to make my hits stronger (and I have) but I was wondering if the runes from the memory altar included any that boosted attack damage since I'm now fighting the Wet Nurse boss and having a bit of trouble. Any recommendations or suggestions?
