Single player game keeps crashing every time I try to access my refined storage

I had this happen last night after playing for a few hours, crashed when I tried to access my wireless crafting grid with:

“internal exception: com.refinedmods.refinedstorage.network.packetsplittingeception: Failure splitting packets on channel "Refinedstorage:main_channel". number of packets sent 10, number of packets expected 12, maximum number of packets for a message of this type 0”

Just tried to log back in and tried to see if the wireless crafting grid was the problem or if it was just a one time thing. Sure enough it crashed again, logged back in and tried to access the main crafting grid in my base and crashed again. I’m not sure what to do at this point, like do try and break and replace all the blocks on my network or just make a new network with an external storage?

I honestly don’t know but I’ll take any help I can get
