Why are they using an LED Screen instead of the Vocaloid Hologram projections like they used to in Miku Expo? What happened to the holograms?

Every year Miku Expo uses holograms and projectors to make it seem like the Vocaloids are actually there performing at the live concerts for reals. Now for some odd and weird reason they had to use an LED TV Screen for Miku Expo live Concerts. Does anyone know the reason for this? Did Crypton Future Media, Sega or even any of the Vocaloid producers, and band members ever give the fans a reason for this big massive change out of nowhere? I can understand wanting to try out something new, fresh and different, but if it isn't broken, don't fix it. What do you guys think happened with Miku Expo this year? Do you guys like the LED Screens that Hatsune Miku, Megurine Luka, Kaito, Reiko, Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len and the other Vocaloids appear on? Or do you think they should of left them as hologram projectors? Thank you for all the help in advance. I appreciate it.
