Can I use my epic games save files for the copy I own in steam

I started Shadow of the Tomb Raider on Epic Games, but I want to play it on Steam. I have already progressed to 8% so I don't want to play everything again. Is there a way to move Epic Games saves files and make it work in the Steam version?
