Can Verizon see me (16F) and my my bf (18M) deleted call history on IPhone?

My bf (18M) and I (16F) are only allowed to talk 30 minutes a day due to his parents. We talked an hour today in total and he deleted all but 23 minutes. We aren't allowed to text and we did and he deleted it and his parents went back and found that he had texted me number and we got in big trouble. Will they be able to go see that we deleted calls?
