Performing subcision at home

I have superficial boxcar/rolling scars, and unfortunately, TCA + microneedling made them worse. I've only had one session of subcision with a professional, so I'm uncertain about its effectiveness. As a dental student, I'm well-versed in facial anatomy, anesthesia points, and biosafety, and I'm considering performing subcision on myself. What are your thoughts? I'm on a tight budget and feeling desperate.
