Help to buy ISA - Who gets the bonus?

When buying, who actually gets the £3k bonus from a fully topped up deposit?

Should it go into my own bank account, or does it go to someone else?

I do have proof of the form, and I have email records, and PDF's showing I sent it to the solicitor, but beyond that I've been an idiot and forgot to chase it up further.
