Need sleeping bag and sleeping mat – rent/buy in Sokcho?

Hi, are there any places in Sokcho where I can rent hiking equipment? I'm doing a night in a shelter in Seoraksan and need to get a sleeping mat and a sleeping bag. If no rental, are there stores in Sokcho with reasonable prices? Thank you
