How are the chances of getting rejected?

If the course (ex: Computer Vision) in which I have to do a phd, I have A- in my MS Coursework, in 1st semester and then there is another course which I took which relates to the same course (ex: Deep Learning) and I scored C in my second semester, during the same MS Coursework, but still I manage have a paper in review (of my domain of ex: Computer Vision), what are my chances of getting rejected? Or accepted?
