Saw a post about “coochie crumbs” is this not normal?

My discharge on my underwear is almost like sand. Sometimes it’s more thick and flaky than fine like sand. I immediately felt shameful because everyone thought it’s nasty and I just thought it was my discharge drying out throughout the day. I know there’s something else wrong with my vagina but this discharge is abnormal?
